The house is located in the village of Žbandaj, three steps away from the Konoba Kaštel restaurant, where you can taste real authentic Istrian food.

Although small, it has everything you need for a dream vacation. These photos are enough to make it clear that you have chosen a top destination. The terrace is impressive with a kind of balcony where you can enjoy your first morning coffee or the sunset with a glass of wine. That magical terrace, where you will spend most of the day, overlooks a hundred-year-old grove that provides shade for your tin pet, for which free parking is provided.

The house has three floors, in the lower part there is a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a well-equipped autochthonous Istrian kitchen. On the first floor there are two newly renovated bedrooms and a bathroom, every detail is decorated with love.

Another interesting feature in that house, which gives a full experience of socializing, is the attic. In order to make a family vacation with children as fun as possible, we have taken care of the basic entertainment options. We have equipped the attic with basic toys and board games, which will provide you, dear guests, and your children with plenty of fun.
